To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at contact@fansblaugrana.fr with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will guide you through the steps to follow.
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and materials included.
Send the items to the return address provided by our customer service.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused .
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect . In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days . The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering you a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
If the jersey size you purchased does not fit you, you can contact our after-sales service at contact@fansblaugrana.fr . After confirmation, you will have to pay €15 per jersey for return shipping as well as any customization fees. Once payment is made, we will send you a replacement jersey.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible . We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
